CMS designs and manufactures motorised shuttles for the automated handling of bins containing boards as they leave the multi-blade saws.

The entire system is bespoke, tailored to the layout of the available space and the customer’s production logic, with the aim of reducing manual handling, optimising operational flows and increasing the plant’s overall efficiency.

In addition to the shuttles, CMS manufactures:

• feeder conveyors
• loading and unloading overhead conveyors
• auxiliary automation systems for managing the stock of boards
