Designed to ensure maximum efficiency and production continuity, the CMS line enables automatic production of lids using the DECKS-1500 mechanical nailing machine. Lids are then automatically loaded onto the main line, which is equipped with two dedicated nailers. This configuration makes the plant extremely versatile, even with frequent format changes.

The process is fully automated: from the cutting of the joists to the loading of the caps, through to nailing and stacking. All adjustments are managed via a touch screen interface, with extremely short changeover times.

The line can be managed by 2 to 4 operators, depending on the format and type of pallet to be produced, and guarantees an average productivity of 6-7 pallets per minute. It is compatible with formats from 600×600 mm up to 1500×1500 mm and fully interfaced according to Industry 4.0 requirements.
