The CTA-5000 is a Cartesian robot designed to automate the loading of the cut-off machine, eliminating the need for an operator and autonomously managing the feeding of the beams.

Thanks to its compact and robust structure, it occupies the same space as a pack positioned on the floor in front of the cut-off machine, making it easy to integrate even in environments with limited space.

The gripping system, without suction cups, uses a pneumatic cylinder with mechanical hold-down, designed to safely grip even uneven or variable-quality beams.

The device integrates an automatic 90° rotation system, which guarantees maximum versatility in the production of pallets of any shape. The movements on the axes are controlled by brushless motors to optimise speed and consumption, with a significant reduction in maintenance.

Available in two configurations, both with automatic lath removal:

  • with stack lifting
  • with fixed-height pack

The touch screen interface and connection to remote supervision systems allow quick and memorisable adjustments, significantly reducing set-up times.

Thanks to the consolidated experience in integration on third-party lines, the CTA-5000 can also be used with systems from other manufacturers.
