The CMS MT-MA/1 is a high-productivity single-blade automatic cut-off machine, designed for automatic cutting of caps or automatic feeding of pallet nailing lines from any manufacturer.

Consisting of a single cutting unit, it achieves high output with an extremely small footprint. Compared to other solutions on the market, the system is distinguished by an ergonomic design, studied to guarantee comfort and safety during manual loading, even with productivity exceeding 4 pallets/minute.

The latest 2024 version, based on tried and tested and constantly improved mechanics, is equipped with a catenary loader with pneumatic lifting, which inserts one joist at a time into the pick-up zone.

Feed towards the cutting zone is by means of a pneumatic gripper driven by a brushless motor, which ensures high precision and constant speed. Cutting is performed by means of a mechanical connecting rod movement, controlled by an inverter.

At the outlet, the caps can be transferred to the AL/3 feeder, which takes them to the PT-150 loading robot. Depending on the system configuration, the caps can be split over the three pallet channels by means of pneumatic diverters or 90° insertions.

When not connected to the line, the machine unloads the caps directly into a box.
