The CMS MT-MA/2 is a high-productivity automatic twin-blade cutting-off machine, developed to feed pallet nailing lines of any manufacturer, even in intensive production contexts.

Consisting of two overlapping cutting units, it allows a high production capacity with an extremely small footprint.
The design stands out for its ergonomic design, which guarantees the operator comfortable and safe manual loading, even at production rates of more than 6 pallets/minute.

For those who wish to fully automate the process, the CTA-5000 automatic loading robot is available, which eliminates human intervention, reduces costs and increases productivity.

Based on the tried-and-tested and optimised mechanics of the MT-MA/1 model, the machine is equipped with two independent catenary loaders, each with a pneumatic lifting system that inserts one beam at a time into the pick-up zone.

Feed towards the cutting zone is provided by pneumatic grippers driven by brushless motors, which ensure high precision and speed. Cutting is performed by mechanical connecting rod systems with inverter control.

At the outlet, the caps are transported by the AL/2 two-way feeder to the PT-150 loading robot. A pneumatic diverter automatically splits the caps from the lower group between the two pallet channels, even in the case of differing lengths, while the caps from the upper group continue directly to the robot.

Reliability, minimal maintenance and simple integration with existing systems make the CMS MT-MA/2 an ideal choice for those requiring high performance even in limited production space.
All settings are managed via a touch screen, with intuitive software enabling fast format changes.
