The CMS PT-150 robot is designed for automatic loading of caps onto the nailer table, regardless of brand.
Installed upstream of the nailer, it allows the loading phase to be fully automated, improving the efficiency of the production cycle and reducing downtime.

Integration with the existing system is managed directly by CMS technicians, who ensure optimal synchronisation of the entire system.

In spite of its compact design, this plant incorporates advanced technology: all adjustments are made via brushless motors, with a touch screen that allows rapid format changes, both in width (600-1500 mm) and in deposition height, a particularly useful feature for nailers with adjustable work surfaces.

The grippers are designed to perform horizontal and vertical rotations, ensuring the correct positioning of the caps according to the pallet format being produced.

Thanks to masked time pre-loading, the robot maintains productivity even during the nailer cycle, allowing 8 pallets/minute.
