The CMS RDP-5000 machine is designed to perform end-to-end alignment of timber bundles, minimising waste in the subsequent end trimming and cutting stages.
Installed in-line with the CMS PMI – 1300 pack facing machine, it applies pressure to the long sides of the pack to optimise its square alignment, before sending it against the stop plate.
Once the operation is complete, the pack is automatically transferred to the pack cutter’s loading roller conveyor, while the operator can manage the process directly from the main control station or from a second auxiliary panel.

Simple to use thanks to intuitive software, it is constructed of extremely robust heavy carpentry to ensure maximum reliability and operational performance over time.

Technical Data
  • Two telescopic hydraulic cylinders for lifting the structure
    Adjustable tilting
  • Hydraulic side presses for aligning and holding the pack during lifting
  • Robust movable stop for alignment, which can be lifted to allow passage of the pack towards the cutting area
  • Motorised roller conveyor with clutch for pack movement
  • Fully automated work cycle management
  • Heavy metal structure
  • Specifically sized for integration with CMS PMI – 1300 system
Compact version: CMS RDPH-5000

To meet the demands of small spaces without compromising on efficiency, CMS has developed the compact RDPH-5000 version.
This model allows the pack to be aligned against the stop plate by means of rapid hydraulic motorisation, reducing space and installation costs while maintaining operational performance.
