The CMS SPEEDCUT is an automatic single-blade cutting machine with a very high-speed rear pusher, developed for the automatic cutting of corks and packs of boards.

Equipped with a high-frequency cutting unit (cutting cycles every 1.2 seconds), it allows extremely high production while maintaining compact dimensions and maximum operational practicality. The design is conceived for ergonomic, comfortable and safe manual loading, with the possibility of integrating, as an option, automatic loading systems for a completely autonomous cycle.

Inspired by the solid and proven mechanics of the CMS MT–MA/1, in use for over 25 years, it integrates a rear pusher with a brushless motor, designed for precise and very rapid advancement.
The pneumatic lifting chain loader inserts one beam or pack of boards at a time into the picking area, ensuring continuity and reliability in the cycle.

The rear pusher, in addition to moving the material, automatically reads the length of the piece in the cutting area, minimizing downtime and optimizing operating speed. The blade unit uses a mechanical connecting rod movement managed with an inverter, to guarantee continuity and precision.

This machine can be equipped with automatic unloading and stacking systems, making it ideal not only for cutting caps, but also for managing large batches of boards.
