MODEL X

The Model X is the first patented nailing machine for pallet top assembly, capable of nailing longitudinal boards, cross boards and caps in a single cycle. It is designed to ensure extremely fast changeovers without the use of pre-nailed lids, thus reducing overall plant footprint and costs.

Most adjustments are made in real time via touch screen, while the operator is only required to position the longitudinal table magazines and, if necessary, manually reposition the nailing grippers.
