Designed to guarantee high performance even in contexts with limited space, the CMS automatic line enables the integrated production of pallets from loose components, eliminating the need for pre-stacked lids.

The entire process is fully automated: from the cutting of the joists to the positioning of the caps, through to the nailing and final stacking operations. All adjustments are managed via a touch screen interface, with changeover times reduced to a minimum: maximum 30 minutes even in the most complex cases.

The line can be configured to be managed by 2 to 4 operators, depending on the format and type of pallet to be produced, and guarantees an average productivity of 4 pallets per minute. It is compatible with formats from 400×600 mm up to 1500×1500 mm and fully interfaced according to Industry 4.0 requirements.
