The CMS MT-MA 3 is an automatic three-blade cutting machine with very high productivity, designed to feed pallet nailing lines of any brand, even at very high production rates.

Consisting of a double overlapping cutting unit (MT-MA 2 machine) flanked by a single unit (MT-MA/1 machine), it allows a significant increase in the production of caps, while maintaining compact dimensions and ease of use.
It can feed lines that produce more than 9 pallets/minute and allows beams of different sizes to be easily loaded, making it particularly suitable for EPAL production.

Thanks to its mechanical reliability, low maintenance and ease of integration with existing systems, it is an ideal solution even in small spaces.
All adjustments are made via a touch screen, with user-friendly software that enables fast format changes and immediate production start-up.

It is also possible to install the CMS CTA-5000 automatic beam loading robot upstream, completely eliminating the need for an operator in a particularly heavy work area.
