The CMS MT–MA/1 TT is a high-productivity automatic single-blade cutting machine, designed for the automatic cutting of caps or board packs.
Thanks to the compact cutting unit, it ensures high performance in small spaces. The ergonomic structure allows for easy and safe manual loading by the operator.

The 2024 version, based on proven and constantly updated mechanics, is equipped with a chain loader with a pneumatic lifting system that inserts, one at a time, the units to be processed into the picking area.

The feed in the cutting area is managed by a pneumatic gripper driven by a brushless motor, to ensure constant precision and high speed. The cut is performed by a mechanical movement of the blade unit, driven by a connecting rod and controlled by an inverter.

The TT (Board Cutting) model allows you to cut, with a single feed, packs up to 1200 mm in length. For larger sizes, the gripper proceeds with multiple feed cycles.
This configuration represents a valid alternative for companies not equipped with the CMS PMI-1300 pack cutting system, allowing the cutting of both caps and medium batches of boards, with effective optimization of spaces and resources in production.
