The RC-1500 is a Cartesian robot developed for automatic lid feeding on nailing lines, with the aim of eliminating manual intervention and optimising operational efficiency.

The pneumatic self-centring gripping system guarantees precision and stability even with slight dimensional tolerances. The covers are stored in a buffer magazine positioned above the nailer, allowing the robot to operate independently of the line cycle. The magazines are designed according to the machine configuration.

The system is available in two versions: with a lattice structure for large operating strokes or with a flag-type structure, suitable for installations in confined spaces or with reduced access. The touch screen interface and full interfacing with remote supervision systems allow quick adjustments, which can be memorised and accessed even by non-specialised personnel.

CMS’s consolidated experience in integrating complex systems also allows the RC-1500 to be used on nailing machines from other manufacturers.
