CMS PMI – 1300 PACKAGE CROSS CUT SAWS

The new CMS PMI – 1300 plant is an advanced solution for end trimming, sizing and cutting of timber bundles.
Designed to offer maximum efficiency, precision and safety, it combines an extremely robust design, exceeding industry standards, with highly reliable components, reducing processing time and minimising operator intervention.

The standard configuration includes motorised roller conveyors for loading and unloading, a central cutting unit with package clamps, an electronic measuring system with brushless motor and automatic scrap conveyors.

Completely customisable, it adapts precisely to the needs of sawmills, pallet, crate, industrial packaging and carpentry manufacturers, guaranteeing high performance even in the most intensive production contexts.

All our machines use components supplied by internationally recognised manufacturers. The electric motors installed guarantee energy efficiency of IE3 class or higher.

Group of motorised loading/unloading chains with hydraulic lifting, ideal for creating a parcel warehouse. Designed to increase productivity and avoid impacts between forklift and plant, they are fully customisable and can also be managed via tablet or radio control from the forklift.
Palletiser for packs, complete with de-stacking magazine for automatic positioning on EPAL pallets (supported pack sizes: 800 to 2500 mm)
CMS RDP-5000 parcel straightening machine:
- Allows for end-of-pack alignment to reduce processing waste.
- Equipped with hydraulic lifting of the structure and the stop plate, it allows automatic sending of the pack onto the pack cutter loading roller conveyor
