The machine for the cutting of blocks for pallets CMS MT-MA/2 is specially studied in order to be place at the start of the nailing line seen the optimal level of production that it can ensure.
This machine, realized on the base of the machine MT-MA/1, is made up of 2 mechanical chain loaders, 2 advancement systems through brushless motor and 2 independent groups of cutting with connecting rod, alla managed by PLC; the particularity of this machine is the position (one above the other) of the 2 groups of cutting in order to maintain contained spaces compared to all the other model on the market. The machinery is studied to ensure, besides its strenght and reliability, a great praticalness and comfortableness at the moment of loading the beams who can has different dimensions between the two loaders, differentiating the blocks in exit.
The strenght of MT-MA/2 is the production: the two groups of cutting allow to reach 2600 cuts each one, for a production of 5200 blocks per hour ( able to satisfy the faster nailing machineries of the market that ensure about 7 pallets per minute). The adjustement of the size of cut is make completely electronically throught the use of a simple and intuitive touch-screen with counter integrated,which allows to view all the information and to manage all the parts of the machine. The cutten blocks are sent to 3 way block-conveyor in PVC that allow to make one or more curves, according to the customer needs. Particularly,the group of cutting and the superior chain dealing with the central blocks, while the group and the chain inferior, bearing of lasers and diverter, direct equally the blocks between the two external ways.
After the chains there is the automatic blocks feeder (CMS PT-150) suitable for every type of nailing machine, which is characterized for the electronically adjustement of the width of the blocks which have to be placed on the nailing machine. Everything is managed by the touch-screen of the machine, which will be connected by our technician directly to the nailing line i order to have a cycle of work without interruptions. The work safety is ensured through the use of perimeter protections with safety switches for monitoring for the locking of the part on movement. The machine makes also the expulsion of the scraps through a special grip, it can be equipped according to the customer needs thanks the several available optional.
